My ABCs of Inspiration: W is for Walks

A walk around your block may be just the inspiration you need!  Fresh air!  Exercise!  Critters scurrying!  Children playing!  Neighbors neighboring!  Cars zooming!

Get out!  Clear your head!  Go!  Walk!  Get away from this computer!


  1. Great idea Meg, although it's getting colder here. It would have to be a quick walk. Does walking to the bus stop count? :)

  2. Just got back from one, and they always make me feel re-energized.

  3. So funny that I started my walking again, granted it's in the house on the treadmill. Four days in a row, so far. Twenty minutes each day. Way to go, me! I feel my muscles again. Yea! But no new ideas, yet.
